Long term work/live accommodation is now available at ArtFunkl, Manchester for a initial period of 6 months, with the possibility to extend the rental when this term ends.

The accommodation comprises of a spacious bedroom, and a space in the shared studio. Communal areas of the house, kitchen/dining with large balcony, laundry, garden, are shared with the artists in residence/writers in residence living at ArtFunkl (a maximum of 3 people take part in each residency).

The facilities are suitable for a visual artist working in traditional or new media.

The rent is £370 per calendar month (bills included)
